Quotes and Booking

Website pricing, when shown, is not a final quote. Final pricing depends on the sport, project length, location, travel, deliverables, turnaround, and production requirements. A date is not guaranteed until the project is accepted and any required deposit is received.

Payments and Cancellations

Deposit amounts, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are provided with the accepted project confirmation or invoice.

Delivery and Media Usage

Delivery timing and usage rights vary by project. Copyright and permitted use are confirmed for each project. Unauthorized resale, alteration, or commercial use may be prohibited.

Weather, Safety, and Access

Coverage may be changed, delayed, or canceled when weather, venue restrictions, safety concerns, airspace limitations, access issues, or other conditions prevent safe completion.
